This App is strictly intended for internal use only by authorized employees and staff of Rishab Engineering, and access is granted through the company’s admin panel using phone number and OTP verification.

When you are onboarded or use the App, we may collect the following details:

• Phone Number (for OTP verification)

1.3 Location Data

We collect and use your real-time location when:

• Marking attendance
• Tracking daily work routes or visits
• Updating lead or meeting locations

Location tracking is active during attendance marking or lead-related activities and is continuously tracked in the background if marked present. Background location tracking will be switched off after you mark duty off.

1.4 Camera and Media Access

With your consent, the App may access your:

• Camera: To capture and upload client site or factory images.
• Gallery: To upload photos or documents (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG).

1.5 Uploaded Documents

You may upload files (e.g., photos, PDFs) as part of your work-related reports or client updates. These files are securely stored on company-approved servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for internal operational purposes, including:

1. User Authentication: To verify employee identity via phone and OTP.
2. Lead Management: To create, update, and follow up on business leads.
3. Attendance Tracking: To record attendance and related field activities.
4. Internal Communication: To enable official notifications, reminders, and updates.
5. App Functionality: To personalize and improve user experience.
6. Compliance: To ensure users follow internal company policies and data protocols.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data for commercial purposes.

• With Service Providers: To maintain app hosting, cloud storage, or technical support.

• Withdraw permission for camera or location access (which may limit functionality).

Permissions can be managed anytime from your device settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. All users are verified employees of Rishab Engineering.
